METHODICAL OPTIMIZATION ASPECTS OF PILOTAGE COST CALCULATION

Abstract

In the system of collection of port dues and pays for the services rendered to the courts, it is possible to mark the numerous cases of the groundless overstating of cost of services in Ukraine: profitability of port dues makes 500–600%, while in the countries of Western Europe 10–12 %. Therefore in the article the present system of calculation of cost of the pilot wiring of ship is studied by approach channels and methodical recommendations on optimization of his calculation  epending on distance, on which a ship is conducted during action of raise for overtime, and also presence of motion of ship are developed. The offered method of calculation of cost of the pilot conducting by insignificant addition of form of pilot receipt allows to expect correctly cost of services of harbor pilot during piloting ships by approach channels, calculated on operating tariffs, can be used during piloting ships by the approach channels of some port of Ukraine, here calculations are considerably simplified and possibility of the not grounded overstating of cost of pilot wiring is eliminated.
